Remember last winter? Don’t get caught out again

| Many churches had serious problems in the extreme cold winter of 2010/11 |
Weather forecasters have warned of a chilly autumn, followed by another big winter freeze!
For the last two winters, Britain has experienced cold weather as high pressure settled over Northern Europe, preventing warm-air coming in from the Atlantic. December 2010 was the coldest in 100 years, and the Met Office is warning of more to come.
Jonathan Powell at Positive Weather Solutions, said:
‘October and November are expected to be drier than average. We expect frosts to set in early this year, with temperatures dipping sharply in November and leading to a cold winter.’
